question regarding getInt method

I am really gone mad due to the behavior of the code here
I have two columns both having data types as number and I am retrieving them in java code for railway reservation project

The column name is same
and it works for the first line but not for second
can anyone tell why does it happen?
and yes
giving the index does not work also please help
