Avoiding the refresh warning with back

Hi

In my app i have a login page in which the data is submitted using post .and after logging in if i use my back button it will take to my login page and on saying forward the browser will be showing a page which says page expired .refreshing will resubmit the form .......


Howver i want to avoid this situation it should take him to index page with out that warning.in rediff and yahoo even though data is in post but it doesnt show anmy warning like this

but i dont have any clue how to achieve this
