please tell me how to run java program on linux i don't have any idea about linux ,so please help me.

hi,
actually i don't know which distribution it is,i don't have any idea about linux
but it is red hat linux

What is the problem, what did you try so far, what error occured (exact message)?

Is java installed, do you have the classes/ a jar-file? Then you just start the program as usual:

Is java installed?

sometimes on red hat by default
IBM's java is installed
check out its version by java --version
