If you want to use the full Metro stack -and are not averse to relying on an IDE- then the User Guide at https://jax-ws.dev.java.net/guide/ has that.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
