Eclipse RCP: Hide Minimize/Maximize buttons in Editor

Hi,

I am new to Eclipse RCP development and I am following the tutorial at http://www.vogella.de/articles/RichClientPlatform/article.html

I'm wondering how I can hide the Maximize/Minimize buttons in the Editor. Please see the attached word doc file to see what I mean.
