I am not exactly sure on where should I be placing my class files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which class? What exactly does "Cannot Load Server Class" mean? Which version of JBoss AS and Java? When does this happen? What is your application about? How are you packaging it? Do you have an exception stacktrace?
