I'm hoping Sam responds to your question, but could you give us your definition of "mid-career crisis"? I know for me, that phrase suggests the phrase "mid-life crisis". Unfortunately, it's hard to beat the "middle" because we'll all eventually get there, but I think we can certainly beat the feelings of the mid-career crisis.
