Get CPU Usage

Hi,

Now a days I create on Network Monitoring Application and in that application I want to CPU(Like as Windows Task manager)usage of each and every client whose IP store in the database...but how I have no any idea please as soon as possible help me...

Example :
Suppose I click 172.30.10.101 Ip address that time I have CPU usage of that pc...this way......

There is no protocol or API to get the CPU usage of a computer over a network. You will likely have to create a client to be installed on the client system that monitors local conditions and uploads them or makes them available to your monitor.
