SQLGrammerException in Hibernate

When I am trying to insert record in Table at that time it throws me below exception. Actually, id of Table is auto increment.

Is this line incomplete or this is all you get?

It seems like you are not passing all the required parameters to construct the query. I can see the table_name and insert operation, how about the actor_id and ip_address values? are you setting them too?
