Hi Ranchers,

I am working on Java/J2EE technologies and currently I have offers from A and B in Bangalore location.
Both of them are offering the same package.

Could you please suggest me which company would be a better choice.

We don't allow company specific discussion in this forum. Please see the posting guidelines for details. I have edited your thread to remove references to company names.

talk to you friends in both the companies if you have any. Find about the work culture , leaves other facilities and a lot of other things which you care about.
Try to find what kind of work you are getting. and then decide

Inquiry the background details of the company. Check out the facilities provided by these companies.
Make decision in which you will be comfort. Then you may proceed.

All the best.
