Problems with hibernate and mysql?

Hello everyone

I want to run a .jar file, but the only way to run in my computer is with the command "java -jar file.jar ", but the problem is that the application conects to a mysql database, when I want to add something in the program appear a message that say "cannot open a conection", ant I get this in the ms dos console:
I hope you can help me, the application doesnt work, and I am desesperate !! what is the error?

Correct the user name spelling in the config/property file or datasource?
