Loading and Unloading Modules using MXML ModuleLoader

I am having a TabNavigator to show different Modules called as Login and Register .

I am loading the Login swf file when clicked on the Login tab and Register swf when Register tab is shown . Everything is working fine .
I am using only MXML to work with Moduules for example

<mx:ModuleLoader url="login.swf"/>

I am having a query here

When the user clicks on the Register , do i need to unload the login swf , before calling the Register swf file ??
