[SCJP6] Bitwise operators are not on the exam ?

Can anyone confirm me that the Bitwise Operators are part of SCJP 6 exam or not.
As it is clear mentioned in K&B SCJP 6 on page no 305 "Bitwise operators are not on the exam !".

You don't trust them ? Bitwise operations have been dropped since 1.5 (ScjpFaq)

Hello,

Bitwise operators were on version 1.4 and has been dropped since version 1.5.
Additionally if it is mentioned in k&B then it is already a confirmed statement.
