hi All ,

In JSP page , i have 2 button in which one is of type 'submit' and other is of 'button' . In the form action , i am putting one action for one button . And for other button , i am using document.forms[0].action="xyz.do";
document.forms[0].submit();

Now if i click on button it is giving error called object doesn't support this property or method .
And for other one whose action path is added as a action attribute with form is working fine .

Please help me on this .....

Sounds like you named your button "submit" which overrides document.formName.submit(). Rename your button to "btnSubmit".

Never name anything "submit".
