DynaValidatorForm validation

Hi, I'm trying to validate my DynaValidatorForm and I'm at my wits end trying to figure out what I've done wrong. Although it appears to work I see no error messages. I've taken the following steps:
1. added struts validator elements to struts-config.xml
2. changed action entries to include validate and input tags.
3. added <html:errors/> to the JSPs.

I'm fairly sure it's all working, the output from JBoss is:
[org.apache.struts.action.RequestProcessor] Validation failed, returning to '/admin/updateFile.jsp'
[org.apache.struts.action.RequestProcessor] Delegating via forward to '/admin/updateFile.jsp'
[org.apache.struts.util.PropertyMessageResources] getMessage(en_US,errors.header)
[org.apache.struts.util.PropertyMessageResources] loadLocale(en_US)
[org.apache.struts.util.PropertyMessageResources] loadLocale(en)
[org.apache.struts.util.PropertyMessageResources] loadLocale(en_IE)
[org.apache.struts.util.PropertyMessageResources] loadLocale()
[org.apache.struts.util.PropertyMessageResources] getMessage(en_US,errors.footer)
[org.apache.struts.util.PropertyMessageResources] loadLocale(en_US)
[org.apache.struts.util.PropertyMessageResources] loadLocale(en)
[org.apache.struts.util.PropertyMessageResources] loadLocale(en_IE)
[org.apache.struts.util.PropertyMessageResources] loadLocale()

Curiously though, I don't have errors.header and errors.footer defined.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

What do you mean by: 1. added struts validator elements to struts-config.xml?

Did you set up your validation.xml?
