This might be stupid question but I am just curious to know that in UDDI how do they register different URL of a company. do they use some sort of database? if yes do they have standard.

UDDI uses a set of datastructures. Version 2 of the UDDI data structures are described here:
The data may be stored in a database or some other media.
The URL of a web service is, as far as I remember, stored in the tModel data structure:
