This week's book giveaway is in the Mac OS forum. We're giving away four copies of a choice of "Take Control of Upgrading to Yosemite" or "Take Control of Automating Your Mac" and have Joe Kissell on-line! See this thread for details.
i am planned to develop web site (tutorial site) for mobile users.
actually i little bit confused to choosing technology.. wml or xhtml..
can anybody explain which one is best to develop the mobile site and In which cases we can go for wml..
kindly share your knowledge........
If you want to reach everyone, you might consider writing it in both.
Then use the browser's Accept header to determine which one to send.
As phones get better and better WML (in my opinion) is going to become less and less relevant.
I have no stats to back this up but I'm guessing that most people who are paying for internet enabled phones these days are also buying higher end phones with real web browsers in them (Android or iPhone).
thanks ben souther for your reply.. as you said, now a days all the mobile browsers are supporting the xhtml.. As of my knowledge wml is better than xhtml because of speed, size.
my question is in which case, we can choose the wml? and
whether all the browsers like opera mini, ie etc.. support wml or not?
