Hi,
I have completed most of my project, but I have not used any design pattern except Singleton and MVC. I implemented the project as I go along. My question is will I lose the points. It's late for me to add any pattern.

No, champion. No need to worry about it. The thing is, you only have to use a pattern in a situation where the pattern is required. It is also a matter of design. You may solve the same thing using a design pattern or not. Of course, using a pattern eases the understanding and the maintenance of the code. But using patterns is not a must.
