How to use trace for debugging purpose in MXML ??

Hi , I am trying to debug my Flex based Application , so as a result i am doing some trace Operations inside my EventListener , but there is no response or nothing .

Please let me know how can i make trace work ??

Run your application in a debug version of the player.
