Suggest Me a Container that suits my requiremnet as shown in the picture

Hi ,

I am pretty new to FLEX , i am planning to design a website for myself .

I want this type of Apperance on to my Module , as shown in the picture .

(Where different Hyperlinks/LinkButtons should appear on to the Left side of the Screen as shown )

Please suggest me what is the Container taht suits my requirement .


(I am thinking of a VBOX , but i am not sure )

so please share your ideas .
