I think there is still Sun logo.
I have received about month ago my certificate and there was still Sun logo.

SCJP 6.0 (86%), SCWCD 5.0 (92%), SCBCD 5.0 (93%), MCTS(SQL Server 2008)

Most likely there will be an Oracle logo soon on future certificates, because Sun doesn't exist anymore as a company.
But it doesn't really matter, what company logo is on your certificate doesn't change anything to the value of the certificate to you.
