Do I need to be SCJP for SCEA?
Where Do I begin?
What books to refer which one is the best one.
I want to pass this exam and need help to start from Books / Online Help and questions posted above.

Spend some time going through the various posts on this forum and you will get a ton of information on this. Specifically look for posts that say "Cleared SCEA", "Passed SCEA" etc and they usually contain ranchers experiences and a lot of information about materials used, mocks used, time taken etc.

Nope. SCJP is not needed.
Start with Design patterns book especially head first design patterns.
