What are the issues/problems will arises while doing the MultiThreading in java.

That's a big and complex issue that can't be addressed in forum posts. I suggest to read one of the eminent books on the subject (either Oaks/Wong, or Doug Lea). You'll learn lots of stuff that you never would have by just trawling forums or articles on the web. If you have any particular questions on the material, feel free to ask them here.
