Im planning to take this examn, just to know, is there any date when this exam will be retired or replaced? considering that the launch date for this was several years ago.

It will be updated after Java 7 comes out, but Java 7 has been delayed greatly, so I can't see anything in the pipeline for outside of a year, at least.
This exam still has long legs, don't worry.
