Hi,

We have a java program, that will run infinitely. While we run this in UNIX machine as soon as the user logged out it’s terminating.

We tried with NOHUP too. No use… Can we use Apache common Daemons ? or any other good solution

Note: Our requirement is to run the application in the background

please assist us

Why not? This si what NOHUP is for.

Out implementation guys were facing some issues because of NOHUP.. Please give us a alternate solution.. How about Daemons ?

It's running fine.. But at the time of killing the AUTOSYS job were marked as Failed.. This is causing some production issues.. Please assist us with some alternative solution..
