Eligibility criteria:
2+ yrs extensive hands on software development


Required exposure:

Strong Java, multi-threaded, client/server experience
Experience in J2EE, EJB, JMX, XML, XSL, and JMS
End to end n-tier distributed architecture design and development
Experience in Application Server like JBoss or other major app servers
Software development experience utilizing Solaris and/or Linux platforms
Experience with source control packages (e.g. CVS)
Time-management, decision-making, and organizational skills a must
Exposure to Java Open Source technologies(like XSL,JasperReports,hibernate,etc)
