Can I use Core Location to present my position

I've tryed to get my current position's latitude and longitude, and it succed. But what I really want to do is to present a map on iPhone, with my current position and my several destinations highlighted according to the accuracy. What should I do?
Or do I need to use the webservices to show the map? If so, how to use webservices on iPhone development?
Emergency problems. Wish to deal with it as soon as possible.
