Anyone had success with the flashplayer plugin?

I have, but I really miss documentation on which parameters exists and how to use them. I am having problems guessing where to put parameters such as 'quality', 'play', 'wmode'.
Also, is there a way to use an 'url' instead of 'file' in the html element.

The element I used is:
<g:flashPlayer id="test" varFile="${resource(dir: 'flash', file: 'myVideo.swf')}"/>
