Hi everybody,
can any one have idea about java CMS(Content Management System) and if than which one is the best CMS..?

There rarely is a single "best" of anything - it's always relative to your requirements (about which we know nothing). Many Java CMS are available; see http://java-source.net/open-source/content-managment-systems for a list.

CMS are not general-purpose tools for implementing web applications, they implement -unsurprisingly- first and foremost CMS-type functionality. The more advanced ones will let you go beyond basic functionality and let you hook in arbitrary Java code; see their respective web sites to learn which CMS offers what functionality.

The more advanced..how can i know which one is advance..

By going through the feature lists on their respective web sites. I'm sure there have been comparison reviews been published on the web as well; Google can find those for you.
