can we directly post big programs ?

i have programs consisting of large number of lines , usually 300 - 600 lines. can i directly post them to forums ?
just i want to know restrictions on size of programs to post.

is it correct to provide a link (from which they can be downloaded) for such big ones ?

Do you really need to post such a big sample ? Can't you try to IsolateTheProblem ?

I suppose, but if you're not actually asking a question, it seems like it would be more appropriate to open-source it or write a blog entry.
