Inserting tiles dynamically.

Is it possible to dynamically insert tiles? I want to have a tile that consists of a form and have a page that has an "add occurence" button, each time this button is pressed another instance of the form tile would be added to the page. The page could concievable start with 0, 1, or several instances of the form depending on the state of the database/session object.
