I can assure you that everything is not being outsourced to India. In fact, I see quite the opposite trend.

Do you seriously expect an answer to that? Are you seriously asserting that there are no jobs that aren't being out-sourced? My job, for example, is a direct result of a company that reversed its policy of outsourcing.

Jobs of every kind are not being outsourced. Jobs of every kind probably are.

It's ridiculous to assert that all jobs are being outsourced. Just because most could be, doesn't mean that they are.

Or, are you just not being clear and are talking about job types rather than job instances?

I heard:
Website, eCommerce, SEO, IT consulting, Business Process Outsourcing, Hardware, Software Services are being outsource. Then what is wrong in my statement?

Also my kind suggestion is:
Please try to assess yourself what skills you got and what you are good at. Build up your profile and try to work on your core skills with proper goals. The jobs will follow you then.

It won't simply work if you work towards whats HOT in market now.

Honestly, I'm not really sure what you are asking about. Although there are many software engineers in US from India, they are not the only ones who drive the software industry in US.

What exactly are you worried about? People moving back to India?

Job Types like Software, IT consulting, Web related, hardware related jobs being outsource. I am offering website, ecommece, SEO services. When i contact client they are expecting me to offer services at very cheaper rate because my competitiors are all freelancers outside USA. So i want to know which other services i can offer which can't be outsource.

Again, not all jobs within those categories will be outsourced. For various reasons some jobs within those categories you mention might be outsourced, but not all. And things like this having been going on for years now, it's nothing new - so why this sudden desperation?

I am offering all website, SEO, ecommerce related services. Whenever i contact client they expecting me to offer services at outsource rate. If don't offer that cheaper price, they are not coming to me as nowadays they get outsourcing freelance at cheapest rate. So i am not making. That's why i was asking what other IT services my company can offer which can not be outsource.

In above categories:
Programmers jobs, Manager jobs, Designer jobs, Architecture jobs are being outsource. Also, outsourcing ratio is increasing so much in these jobs. People are being laid off due this reason.

That's not a new trend actually. For your clients if it's just a matter of which is the cheapest available service - then yes, they would prefer outsourcing it.

It's not always that way though. There are other factors too which come into play - the quality of work for example. Does the service you provide, have better quality than what other companies (doesn't matter if it's outsourced or not) provide? It's more a matter of proving to your prospective clients that whatever they are paying for is worth it.

It's harder for outsourcing jobs within the US. If you aren't going to be able to speak to the customer in person (or fly to visit them periodically), why should they hire you? What do you offer over someone in a cheaper country? Better grasp of the language, domain expertise, etc.

Some jobs in IT are impossible to outsource such as onsite technical support. If I need someone to physically look at the network, that can't be done remotely. For software/website jobs, the advantage of not outsourcing is often increased communication.
