The default formatting settings use a maximum line width of 80 characters. If you want to change it, go to Preferences->Java->Code Style->Formatter->Edit... Give a name to the new profile, go to Line Wrapping, and change maximum line width to a bigger value. Apply and close.

Whether or not you'll be able to get the closing brace indented like that is another matter, and it might depend on which version of Eclipse you're using.
