Submodule pom's in Continuum having different SCM specs

I'm trying to put a Maven 2 multi module project into Continuum.
My project structure is this.
-- Parent Module
parent pom
-- Module 1
pom
-- Module 2
pom
-- Module 3
pom
Each pom in these modules have different scm url's specified in it. How can we mention this the pom location in continuum.?
