I am new to JSF and I want to know wether is it possible to have one web application having both struts and JSF?.

Someone might ask why do we need such mix since JSF adds more more functionality. But just consider the case in which we have a very large application where struts was used for the whole application and we need to update only small portion of that application. In this case is it possible that JSF comes over and we end up with the application having both frameworks without errors or conflicts?.
