Oracle databse modification for a SAP fat file

Hi,

How to make a schedule (in unix enviroment) for to do some modification for a oracle database according to SAP data extracts (flat files) files? I mean how to write the logic to write data to oracle..where to write those/. is there any tool for that? or a way to do it like for a example, use a triger and put in to cron so that triger will fire automatically not for a modification?
