how to prevent downloading js file from my strust application using direct url

hi frds....

i stored all my js files in js folder.my js folder loction is tomcat3.1->webapps-->myproject->js (folder)

if user enter below url
http://localhost:8080/myproject/js/view.js

it starting downloading..
how to prevent these downloading..are we want given any folder permission in server.xml?
please help..it urgent...waiting for your replies

But the browser needs to be able to download it directly: JavaScript runs on the client. So the JavaScript has to *get* to the client.
