I think it will be include in SWCD 5 I guess.

Really? I guess it might not be in SCWCD 5.0 unless JSF becomes more mature.

What I wish is JSF might be included in SCEA, in case SCEA has been reviewed as well.

If the book has an Indian edition, chance are high that you can trace it in Indian online book website www.firstandsecond.com

Should be there, I am sure. I checked one of their book in a book shop in India.
