AutoSubmit When a Page is Called

Lets say I called the url "http://localhost:8080/index.jsp"

And in this page, when client reaches this page
I want to submit an action without clicking or pressing a button

Is it possible?
(except javascript)

I don't know, why you are not going for javascript, According to me, you cant do that...

P.S: This post, should have rather gone for HTML and Javascript forum, because, there is nothing struts related in this..

No, there's no Struts tag to do this. This is a pure HTML/JavaScript question--use a meta refresh.
