Trouble Using HSQLDB using myEclipse

I have create a data base using Myeclipse database explorer, however I am not able to connect to that database. I am getting the following error,

Welcome to JavaRanch!

Rob was pointing out we have a variety of forums here at JavaRanch. Your question fits better in the JDBC/Database one than wherever it started out (IDEs?) so he moved it for you. He also told you about it so next time you have a database question, you go right to the JDBC forum.

On to your question: where do you set up the hsql database? Are there any special characters in the path/configuration info?

Hi Jeanne,

Thanks for explaining, it was my mistake, thanks to Rob too.

I kept the hsql db under src/db undet my myeclipse project folder. and there was no special character.
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
