I have completed scea part1 few months back.Which is best way to start preparation for part2?

I am not sure how to answer your question.
I will suggest, once you get the assignment, read it many times and read each and every point/line carefully. Things which are not clear, note them down separately.
Once you are clear of the requirements,Start working on it.
In case of doubts, use this forum.
