Update web application resource without server restart

Hi,

I use a properties file to store some UI properties. When properties are updated it requires a restart of server to reflect that change. Is there a better way to do this without requiring a server restart. If yes, how?

Thanks,
Nick

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
