Hibernate Oracle BuildSessionFactory initial Error

Hi... i dont write english very well, but makes possible
I have a error when init buildSessionFactory..

This is my hibernate.cfg

And when init hibernate config this is result:

I dont understand who is the problem...

That's a very old Dialect and Driver you are using. Have you tried upgrading the driver at least?

Thanks for you help, change the jdbc Driver 8i to 9i and works well...
But now, get WARNING log

That warning is telling you the driver does not support a feature Hibernate uses. Upgrade your driver.
