Error creating connetion from JNDI data sources

Hi,
I am getting below error while getting the connection from data sources which are retrieved from JNDI searches .

When I test connection at server it works fine , also if I pass user id and password to the data source while getting te connection , there is no error .

I have spent two on trying to resolve this error , please help .
