Hi I work with NetBeans in which I use checkpoint and watch option which make my programming easy. But got problem when I use Eclipse. Is there any option where I can stop the flow as i did in netbeans using checkpoint and check varible values via watch option?

In the source view, double-click on the vertical bar on the left side of the view. This will set a breakpoint. You can also do it by right-clicking on the line you want to stop, and hit CTRL+Shift+B.

Run the program in Debug mode. When the line with the breakpoint is reached, you'll be asked if you want to switch to the Debug Perspective. Use it. You'll see several useful debugging view, like Variables, Breakpoints...
