this week in the
Tomcat SSL issue with "user-data-constraint"

I have configured the "user-data-constraint" in web.xml.When i request for the resource, the container redirect to the
protocol. But i am getting "Unable to connect" in my browser as aresponse.
Do i need to configure anything in my
FYI security-constraint in my web.xml:
