Need your valuable comments/opinion guys...
i have exp of 5 years 4 months. living in Mumbai.
offer from [company X] in Pune as well as [company Y] in Mumbai.
[company X] offering 65000 more than what [company Y] offered + the joining bonus around 65000 + relocation 25000 (onetime).
but considering the fact that i have to shift from mumbai to pune-- and every weekend traveling to Mumbai..
will that be a good decision to join [company X].
I don't know much about the culture in [company X]. also, [company X] designation senior system engineer whereas [company Y] grade is consultant.
the point for evaluating both offers are based on cost of living in pune, since that will decide my saving in hand per month and good work and culture between both organizations.
Kindly express your opinions. comments from someone from [company X] or [company Y] will be highly appreciated,

Thank You!

Javaranch does not encourage company specific discussions. If your concern is just about travelling from Mumbai - Pune - Munbai, guess you might get some answers but a strict no to cpompany specific questions.
