Single MDB instane - multiple messages ?

Whether single MDB instance will support more than one message(Queue/Topic) like stand alone JMS consumer.

Sorry, I don't get the question. MDB listens to a single destination (queue or topic). Each queue or topic can have any number of messages and will be consumed by the MDB.

I am re-pharsing the question:
Whether single MDB instance listens more than one destination(Queue/Topic) like stand alone JMS consumer.

If MDB has instance pool(has 5 instances), Can i send multiple messages(20 messages) to the 5 instances in the pool?

You don't send messages to MDBs or the consumers. Messages are sent to destinations (queue/topic). It's then the responsibility of the container to send it to the correct instance of MDB.
