Hi,
My name is sri. I want to automate a toolbar using any opensource automation tool and I am new to programming. Please help me how I can start using the opensource tools like Selenium.

Thanks,
Sri.

Sai (Sri?), welcome to Java Ranch!!

Could you describe a little more about what you are attempting to do?

A tool bar for what? For Eclipse? For a browser?

To start using Selenium I suggest reading their docs and tutorials.

Hi pete,

I am getting used to Selenium IDE. But I think it supports only for FF browser.

I want to automate a toolbar using Selenium with Netbeans or EclipseIDE for both IE & FF browser.

Thanks,
Sri.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
