Do we have to write wsdl by hand with a xml editor? Any open-source webservice tools or JEE app servers that can generate wsdl file?

Hi!
With JAX-WS, there is the option of code-first development of web services. The container will, when the service is deployed, generate the WSDL for you.
If you want to generate a WSDL yourself, starting from an annotated endpoint implementation class, then wsgen (http://java.sun.com/webservices/docs/2.0/jaxws/wsgen.html) will help you.
Best wishes!
